When you apply for or use a Fleetzy vehicle rental, we collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identity Information: Full name, date of birth, government-issued driver's license number and images, and selfie photograph.
• Contact Information: Phone number, email address, and mailing address.
• Financial Information: Proof of income documentation, payment records, and deposit information. We do not store full bank account or card numbers.
• Vehicle & Rental Data: Mileage, inspection photos, rental dates, and GPS location data associated with rented vehicles.
• Gig Platform Information: Rideshare or delivery platform affiliation (e.g., Uber, Lyft, DoorDash) as provided voluntarily.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our portal, collected automatically via standard web technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage your vehicle rental application and agreement.
• Verify your identity and driving eligibility.
• Communicate with you about your rental, payments, and account status.
• Send transactional and operational SMS and email notifications (see Section 3).
• Enforce rental agreements and recover vehicles when necessary.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
• Improve our services and platform operations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

By providing your phone number and submitting your rental application, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Fleetzy.

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or SMS programs.

We may share your information with trusted service providers, including:

• Identity & Background Verification: Services that verify driver's licenses and conduct background checks.
• Payment Processors: Stripe and other payment platforms to process transactions.
• SMS & Communications Platforms: Our messaging provider to deliver notifications described in Section 3.
• GPS & Telematics: Our vehicle tracking provider for fleet management and recovery purposes.

All service providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services for Fleetzy. We may also disclose your information when required by law or to protect Fleetzy's rights.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for up to five (5) years after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Inspection photos and GPS records are retained for a minimum of two (2) years.

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To opt out of SMS, reply STOP to any message. To exercise other rights, contact us below. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data storage and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure — contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will revise the "Last Updated" date accordingly. For material changes, we will notify active customers via SMS or email.
